You can get in touch via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger or just give me a call using the contact details below. It's that simple!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLINIC?
For lower body treatments
bring comfortable shorts to change into. For upper body treatments (ladies) please wear a sports bra.
For PT sessions please bring appropriate training clothing, trainers and a water bottle.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
No show appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.

HOW dO I FIND THE CLINIC?
Once you've booked your appointment with
